Refund Policy

For approved refund cases, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Please note that the refund timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.


No Refunds Will Be Issued Under the Following Conditions

  • The customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • There are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.

  • The package is refused by the recipient.
